Formed in 1975 we have been in Monkstown Pool (formerly Blue Pool) in Monkstown ever since!
We meet at the pool on Thursday nights at 7:30-8.10pm for the Junior class and 8:15-9.00pm for the Seniors
In our Junior class we teach swimming and lifesaving skills to our members and reinforce the core club teaching of self help, self rescue and the rescue of others.
In our Senior hour we have a range of lifesaving awards from Rookie to Survive & Save as well as an adult Aqua-Fit class for the parents and non-lifesaving members!
Through our sister club we can also offer Beach Lifeguard certification.
